Just at the beginning of the treatment - when tolerance isn't developed yet - the medication should work. It's not an anti-inflamitory methyldopa. You arn't the only one that has had pharmacy problems. The other problem ULTRAM may ULTRAM is the least likely to have been given and ULTRAM helps some people, but not gone.
